Middle Strong/Senior Salesforce administrator

We are looking for a talented Middle strong/Senior Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of commercial experience to join our MagicFuse Team.

Must have

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Validation Rules, Flows
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus

• One or multiple from the following is a big plus: CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud
• Must Certifications:
  - Salesforce Administrator
  - Sales Cloud Consultant OR Service Cloud Consultant OR Experience Cloud Consultant
• Recommended Certifications:
  - Salesforce Advanced Administrator
  - Business Analyst
  - Preference for Additional Architecture Certifications (e.g. Data Architecture & Management, Sharing & Visibility etc.)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and consultants to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Implement enhancements and customizations to Salesforce configurations
• Test and validate new configurations, customizations, and system updates to ensure quality and functionality align with business expectations
• Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure that appropriate access levels are maintained for different users
• Partner with Solution and Technical Architects to scope, estimate, and plan the implementation of complex solutions.
• Design and implement scalable automation solutions using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Support and coordinate with development teams on custom development and integrations
• Scoping, sizing, and estimating of work once the technical designs are agreed upon
• Provide hands-on support for advanced user inquiries, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing corrective measures promptly.

Work Schedule

Full-time working day, the full remote is available
