As we approach the end of 2024, we look back at a year full of challenges, new achievements, and innovative projects at TechMagic. This year, while not an easy one, has been successful thanks to the results we have reached together.

2024: Growing and Expanding
In 2024, TechMagic continued to expand. The company grew by 15%, and 102 new employees joined different teams at TechMagic to work on the projects of our dear clients and departments, such as marketing, HR, accounting, and others.
This year, we successfully partnered with our clients from different industries:
HealthTech: improving people's well-being
In 2024, while continuing to work in the FinTech and other sectors, we expanded the HeathTech direction significantly, and it became one of the key ones at TechMagic. We are proud to be a trusted healthcare software development company, uniting 350+ certified experts.
At TechMagic, we aim to contribute to the patient-centricity of healthcare with the help of technology. Our experts develop products that improve people's lives and well-being.
A big achievement happened to us as a healthcare leader in 2024: Clutch, the leading B2B ratings and reviews platform, awarded TechMagic as a Top Web Developer in the HealthTech sector and a Top Company among Health and Wellness and App Developers.
We are sincerely grateful for the recognition of us as a global HealthTech leader!
Cybersecurity: Protecting what matters
Cybersecurity remains a crucial part of our services year after year. In 2024, we helped multiple companies strengthen their defenses against cyberattacks by providing competent cybersecurity services. We extended our portfolio so you can better understand our approach in two more successful cases: Coach Solutions and Blackbird Lab.
As for our newly introduced services, the following were added to the scope of our expertise: Сyber threat intelligence, Virtual CISO, and DevSecOps (and we are not going to stop expanding our competence).
In 2024, our professionals continued to enhance their expertise and qualifications. Thus, all team members received multiple certifications, proving their proficiency in the field.
In addition to certifications, Victoria Shutenko and Ihor Sasovets obtained the status of Subject matter experts from HackTheBox. Roman Kolodiy took part in cybersecurity events in Europe to share knowledge and network with professionals.
The whole team also actively participated in CTF competitions to improve their skills and practice how to solve non-standard problems, and managed to get into the top 3% of all contestants. Our security experts organized numerous webinars to share knowledge and increase cybersecurity awareness.
An essential step was taken in 2024: we introduced Cybersecured.team, a hands-on cybersecurity education platform for businesses. The platform aims to cover critical areas, such as security awareness, secure coding, cloud security, application security, and even secure UX design.
The goal for 2025 is to keep improving our knowledge and services to remain a reliable and unchanging partner for our clients and continue to contribute to our community by sharing experiences in articles and events.
FinTech: Reaching new heights
This year, our FinTech division continued to gain new achievements. Under the strategic leadership of David Grinberg, our team developed innovative solutions in digital banking, blockchain, and wealth management.
Our dedicated FinTech development team is constantly growing stronger and gaining expertise and qualifications. Our achievements wouldn't be possible without the trust of our dear clients, to whom we are endlessly grateful!
AI and data engineering: Innovating means growing
In 2024, TechMagic continued to lead in AI development and data engineering. With projects like C-Me and ElementsGPT, we delivered new innovative solutions that empowered clients to use the power of AI to the greatest extent possible.
Our growing portfolio of AI cases reflects our ongoing investment of resources, effort, and time in innovation. In 2025, we plan to continue expanding our AI expertise and remaining innovative to help companies succeed.

We Reached NPS 92: Gaining Customer Trust
In 2024, our Net Promoter Score (NPS) grew to 92! NPS is an indicator that assesses customer trust and satisfaction. NPS scale is from -100 to 100. If the score is above 70, it is considered "excellent".
It was only last year when our NPS was 84, and we were proud and happy back then. This year's increase to 92 became a new benchmark for our constant growth and ability to deliver value.
The NPS growth is a rewarding experience for all of our 350+ TechMagic employees, as it means our clients trust us and confidently recommend TechMagic to others. We are eternally grateful!
TechMagic Academy: Educating the Next Generation of Professionals
2024 was another impactful year for TechMagic Academy. The academy's program is created by industry professionals who guarantee that students will gain the most relevant skills and practical experience. TechMagic Academy is about nurturing a community.
In 2024, we successfully organized and conducted six courses in five directions, such as:
- Security course with 32 applications received
- B2B Marketing in IT courses (2) with 1043 applications received
- JavaScript course with 874 applications received
- Manual QA course with 538 applications received
- LeadGen course with 216 applications received
The total number of applications hit 2703! Our best and brightest academy graduates had the opportunity to join the TechMagic team and bring their fresh perspectives and innovative spirit to us.
A New Chapter: We Updated Our Values
In 2024, we updated our company values. For over 10 years, our culture and values have been the foundation that unites us and helps us overcome challenges.
We outlined five core values:

At TechMagic, our values reflect who we are today and where we are headed as a team. We work and grow while staying true to our mission: to be the technology partner worth recommending.
Charity: Making a difference
Charity is a huge and important direction for TechMagic.
Nine of our employees took a career break to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In 2024, we united 12 companies in the Day4Defenders initiative and collected more than 2.5 million UAH to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In August, we organized a charity stream together with the 1991 Charitable Foundation and the YouTube channel Zagin Kinomanov. In a few hours, we collected 1.6 million UAH. TechMagic donated more than 1 million UAH to this campaign.
TechMagic got a special award from the Azov brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine. Together, our employees constructed 26 drones to help the army. We also became a sponsor of a school for drone pilots in Lviv.
In 2024, the total amount of donations during the full-scale war reached 28+ million UAH (84% provided by the company, 16% – by employees). And we are not going to stop.
A big tradition for TechMagic is organizing Blood Donor Days. In 2024, 5 Donor Days were organized in the office, and many of our employees participated in the blood donation initiatives.
At TechMagic, we love animals. In 2024, we took care of the Domivka animal shelter, and our employees participated in a charity initiative to walk dogs from the shelter and give them attention and love.
And there are many more kind initiatives to be done in the future!

Meetup events are an important tradition at TechMagic.
In 2024, TechMagic hosted meetups in London, New York, and various cities in Europe and the USA. Each meetup is an opportunity to learn and grow as they bring developers, clients, and industry leaders together to share knowledge and explore new trends.
Our events involve presentations from industry experts, which cover the latest trends, technologies, and best practices. Such meetups allow all who desire to share insights and build lasting partnerships.

MagicFlux: Designing experiences
In 2024, MagicFlux, our UI/UX design brand, continued to create user-centric and accessible designs. MagicFlux’s innovative solutions left clients delighted, reinforcing its reputation as a trustworthy design partner.
A big achievement for MagicFlux in 2024 was the successful growth of the UX Time Podcast! In the podcast, Sviatoslav Nytka invites enthusiastic and experienced professionals to discuss the most relevant topics and share insights that can make the design (and not only) world better. Some of the prominent guests were:

In 2025, the UI/UX division plans to organize an Online UX conference and, of course, continue improving its expertise in UX design services.

MagicFuse is our dedicated Salesforce brand, which offers custom development, integrations, and managed services. In 2024, MagicFuse successfully delivered transformative solutions for clients worldwide and helped them maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform. And MagicFuse is not going to stop.
MagicHire: Redefining recruitment
In 2024, one more of our brands continued to grow. MagicHire is a tech recruitment agency that can help businesses find, assess, and select candidates. Our team of professional tech recruiters assists in seeking the best software engineers for your company from around the world. As part of MagicHire, we launched the GetYourOffer service, where we provide career consultations to help professionals grow and get new opportunities.
TechMagic’s 10th Anniversary
What made 2024 special for TechMagic was our 10th anniversary. This celebration inspired us to recall our journey in detail, from a small startup in Lviv to a global software development leader.
Over the past decade, we have completed 350+ projects for 200+ clients across 9+ countries.
