Charity: Magic and Brave Hearts

TechMagic is people. Kind-hearted, brave, and caring.

Since 2022, the beginning of a full-scale war in Ukraine, we have donated almost 22 million UAH and completed 28 charity projects. We created a Volunteer Headquarters and started the Stand with Ukraine project to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Charity is a huge and important direction for TechMagic. In 2023, we started the charitable blood donation project called Invincibility in our blood andattracted the largest number of donors to participate.

TechMagic held a charity stand-up in support of Azov, almost 2 million UAH were collected. We took 9th place in the rating of Companies that care about Ukraine by Work.ua and Highload.

In 2024, TechMagic received a special award from the Azov brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine. Together, our office constructed 26 drones that will help the army. TechMagic became a sponsor of a school for drone pilots in Lviv.

We united 12 companies in the Day4Defenders initiative and, together, raised more than 2.5 million UAH to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And we are not going to stop, there are a lot of charity plans ahead!

TechMagic Academy

At TechMagic, we believe our greatest investment is in the future. That's why we are proud to celebrate another cornerstone of our success: TechMagic Academy.

We launched TechMagic Academy to educate new talents. There are 7 directions and 32 courses, from marketing to JavaScript. We've got 15 thousand registrations.

Today, TechMagic Academy graduated 212 students, 81 of whom are now working with us.

Our academy program is designed by industry professionals who ensure that students are given the most relevant, in-demand skills and practical experience.
